Willie is chief and the man behind Amici, which means “friends” in Italian. So named because he believes great company and great food together are synonymous with a great time. Which is probably why we have been awarded the Best Caterer by Singapore Tatler. Cheers!

Our co-chieftan Elvin, who has been with the company since we started our flagship restaurant in Holland Village, oversees administration and operations. But perhaps more importantly, he ensures that we all live up as ambassadors to the Amici brand.

We are a boutique caterer who takes on our events with a passionate heart and a spirit of excellence. Whether you are planning to host an intimate dinner or a large-scale catering event, Amici menus are crafted in-house to reflect the elegance and diversity of Eastern and Western cuisines, from canapes to buffet spreads and ‘live’ cooking stations.
In addition, AMICI has grown into manufacturer of bakery, patisserie and custom-crafted baked goods in Malaysia. Helmed by a team of professional bakers, our halal certified menus are crafted to suit OEM & HORECA services such as Buffets, Individual Pack for Convenient and more...
